“One thing you can count on is change...”

CuatroBenefits has produced a special report highlighting the top four changes that will directly impact our clients in 2021.

You need this information if you are going to compete for skilled workers for the foreseeable future. A recent study by Glassdoor found that benefits are one of the two most important considerations. Salary was number one by only a few percentage points.

Benefits Matter.

It’s a topsy-turvy time legislatively and the only thing that’s certain is that you’ll have to navigate new compliance challenges, rising costs and the more complex issues that come with multi-generational talent.

We’ve prepared this short Executive Report to help prepare you for the coming year.

In this Special Report, you’ll learn:

  • How changes in regulation will directly impact employer costs
  • The current trends in costs and pharmacy benefit contracts
  • How Private Exchanges are changing the market
  • Why 88% of employees indicated they would take lower pay for specific benefits.

Don’t worry. We won’t share your information with anyone ever. And we won’t cyber stalk you either. We just need your email to send your report.

Download the report now and be prepared for what lies ahead to reduce risk, costs and employee turnover.
